TRUI is a part of a suite of actively managed sector ETFs designed to invest in equity securities of industrials-related companies or instruments providing exposure to the industrials sector. The fund focuses on well-established market leaders across industries such as aerospace and defense, industrial conglomerates, construction and engineering, electrical equipment, machinery, road and rail, and transportation infrastructure. The Adviser employs a discretionary investment process, favoring companies that demonstrate industry dominance, large market capitalization, high growth, and strong operating performance. The fund may invest through publicly traded common stocks, ETFs, and derivative instruments such as total return swaps, with derivatives exposure not exceeding 20% of the portfolio's notional value. Positions may be reduced or eliminated when companies exhibit declining market leadership, slowing growth, or deteriorating operating performance.
