Nuveen US Infrastructure ETF(NASDAQ:NUIF)

NUIF aims for long-term growth of capital and income by investing in equities issued by US-focused infrastructure-related companies that own or operate vital structures, facilities, and services. Companies are involved in the ownership, development, construction, renovation, financing, or operation of infrastructure assets, or provide services and raw materials for their construction and maintenance, including water, sewer, and energy utilities, transportation and communication networks, health care facilities, government accommodations, and shipping, timber, steel, and alternative energy resources. Such securities include common and preferred securities, MLPs, and REITs. The fund considers fundamentals, management teams, long-term contracts, and catalysts that could increase a company's value. The actively managed fund may invest up to 20% in non-US and up to 10% from emerging market issuers. The fund may use derivatives to manage risk, enhance returns or hedge against currency rates.
