CRIB is a multi-manager fund that invests in the global real estate industry, including emerging markets. Investments include REITs, REIT-like entities, and real estate operating companies classified within the GICS sector. The fund provides exposure to key real estate sectors, including data centers, residential, industrial, health care, and cell tower assets. Portfolio construction combines recommendations from multiple unaffiliated managers employing fundamental, quantitative, or blended strategies. The fund then uses a quantitative optimization and qualitative analysis to build a portfolio that seeks exposure across factors such as quality, growth, momentum, capitalization, industry, sector, and geographic region, while managing turnover, transaction costs, and portfolio risk.
