Harbor Active Small Cap Growth ETF(AMEX:SGRW)

SGRW invests primarily in equity securities of US small capitalization companies that the subadviser classifies as growth-oriented based on internal research. Small cap companies are defined by market capitalizations that have historically aligned with those included in the Russell 2000 Growth Index, though holdings may be retained if they later fall outside that range. The portfolio is built using a bottom-up stock selection process and is diversified across a large number of issuers, typically holding well over 100 positions. Portfolio companies are grouped into internal investment categories that reflect different growth profiles, including established growth businesses, emerging innovators, and companies undergoing identifiable changes that may affect future earnings. The fund may also hold securities of non-US companies that trade on US exchanges and incorporates environmental, social, and governance considerations as part of its research process.
